POSITION OVERVIEW

We seek a skilled and motivated Concrete Polishing Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing and polishing concrete surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience polishing machinery and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate concrete polishing equipment and tools
  • Prepare surfaces by grinding, sealing, and repairing as necessary
  • Apply sealants and coatings for a polished finish
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with the project manager to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in concrete polishing or a related field
  • Knowledge of polishing techniques and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
